How do I use MaxU?
It’s simple and seamless. An adult—whether a parent, coach, or league organizer—starts by registering and inviting the athlete via email. Once the athlete accepts and completes a quick, insightful assessment, MaxU instantly delivers personalized results that highlight key growth areas. From there, athletes receive tailored content at the right time, building powerful mental skills that elevate both their game and their lives.
What is the age range?
MaxU is designed for athletes ages 8-18, the prime years for building powerful mental skills that last a lifetime. That said, our program can benefit anyone 8 and up who wants to strengthen their mindset, boost performance, and gain an edge both in sports and in life.
Where does the assessment come from?
MaxU’s assessments are powered by gold-standard tools, exclusively licensed from a leading professional partner in the field. They are the same high-caliber assessments trusted by top organizations to deliver deep, reliable insights—ensuring your athletes get proven, impactful results from day one.
How do I access an assessment?
Once an athlete has accepted the invitation and registered, an assessment will be waiting for them on their dashboard.

What are MaxU Insights?
MaxU Insights are pieces of information that talk through the psychometric makeup of the child. They give tips and tricks to maximize the individual based on their current performance.
What types of content should I expect?
MaxU delivers a dynamic mix of short videos, one-pagers, worksheets, and other bite- sized resources—carefully crafted by our team of licensed professionals. All content is age-appropriate, engaging, and designed to maximize your athlete’s mindset, giving them practical tools to build what they need at that moment.
Who developed the content?
Who can see results?
Nobody can see specific results and actual test outputs. Insights and content can be viewed by the primary parent, the child, and any other parents or coaches that the direct parent shares with. The primary parent will always be able to revoke access to any other adult or coach.
Why would I share the results with coaches?
Coaches are there to help your child get better. There is more to a game than the physical aspects. If you feel comfortable, you may share the insights with coaches so the coach can better motivate your child. If you do not desire to share the insights, you do not need to, as you are in charge as the parent.
Is all of this information and data secure?
Yes! We use high-level encryption to ensure all information is for you and you alone.
